- Download the attached file and copy it to your desktop.
- Login with your provided credentials
Username: scrc + First Initial, Last Name,
In the instructions below, replace CLIENTID with the one given to you, and USERNAME with your actual username. For example msmith has a CLIENTID OF MOSSC user login would be MOSSC\msmith.
Step 1. Open https://CLIENTID.appcor.net. Log in as CLIENTID\username as provided to you. Your password should have been provided to you be either your trainer or manager.
NOTE: The first time you log in you will be required to change your password. Your password needs to follow Microsoft complexity requirements for passwords and will change every 30 days.
Step2. Click the link where it says "here" to change your password, then enter your password change information.
Step 3. Click Submit.
Step 4. Click OK once successful.
Step 5. Log in.
Once, logged in, open your application. If you are prompted again for a password go ahead and enter it (depending on your local machine policies you may receive a certificate warning which can be ignored).

Mac or iOS Users
If you have a Mac you may user the iOS/Mac Microsoft Remote Desktop Client. Scanning is not supported with the MAC client, however. To connect, you will need to configure Remote Resources to connect which will provide your list of RemoteApp applications (see screenshots below).
